New interview online: Meet Alexander Deneka
We continue our regular interview series and, this time, we cross the Atlantic Ocean for you to meet Alexander Deneka.
Alexander works as an Assistant Project Scientist at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery where he focuses on the characterization of different cells in the context of osteoarthritis progression. More precisely, he studies the cellular and molecular characteristics of perivascular stem cells and their interactions in the osteoarthritic microenvironment.
Working across the Atlantic, he also sees the differences of advancing RNA-based therapies in the US and Europe.
